Dear Members,
Following lengthy discussions between the organization and the Ministry of Construction and Housing and its professional officials, an updated rate was published for the preparation of master and outline plans. The new rate is a considerable improvement compared with the previous rate, though the organization will soon act to hold further discussions with the representatives of the Ministry of Construction and Housing regarding certain matters requiring correction in the rate.
In addition, the Ministry of Construction and Housing also published two additional rates, “preparation of outline plan for urban renewal” and “viability examination”. The organization is currently examining both these rates and will push for various discussion stages with the Ministry of Construction and Housing regarding these rates.
